I often get asked...what's the one thing I can do to just feel better. My life went off the rails at some point...how do I get it back on track? I miserable every single day, what can I do about it?
Today I'm sharing with you the practice, the skill of self evaluation so you can coach yourself through any situation.
And..just like brushing and flossing...you must do this every single day.
Just because you brush before you go to bed, doesn't mean you're not going to have stanky breath in the morning.
