My heart is in coaching passionate, caring fellow dental professionals who give of themselves over and above to a fault and have sacrificed their own well-being and balance of happiness.
I’m so passionate about this because I’ve been in your shoes.
I’ve suffered from the endless quest for perfection and experienced the exhaustion of trying to meet the demands in the practice and at home… the frantic pace of trying to manage the schedule… insurance… patient demands… needy team members… all while sacrificing my own mental and physical health.
I’ve reached for any and every quick fix or short cut I could “buy” in an attempt to get the energy I needed.
But, I’ve also enjoyed…
- The beauty of taking care of my health, feeling motivated, excited, energized and grateful to be a part of the wonderful dental industry.
- The blessing of feeling at peace with myself in order to fully be present with my husband and children.

I always found it interesting when I’d hear consultants and gurus say their program was not “cookie cutter.” Then, they’d pull out their PowerPoints, handouts, etc. that had absolutely no clue to what we were currently doing and how we could actually make their plan work for us. Or, investing in a coach or program only to have them throw up a few videos and then disappear into the internet abyss. You will absolutely not find that when we work together.

WHO AM I OUTSIDE OF MY BUSINESS?
My go-to fun is a great concert…Aerosmith, Tim McGraw, Beyonce…I love it all.
I love a good transformation – making something out of nothing – seeing new life being breathed into someone or something.
I’m a giver…it’s my love language. I love sharing everything I have with my family and friends – it’s my most favorite thing of all.
GNO – Sharing a great glass of wine with friends … and a good dance party!
My family, especially my grandchildren, Ellie and Jett. Getting a text from my son of their precious smiles…always lights up my day.
Travel – anywhere. “TSA Precheck” are my favorite words.
A good mentor inspires me. I have been unbelievably blessed to have been surrounded by some of the most amazing talent in dentistry, business and spirituality. I cannot image where I’d be without them.
